This easy salad is perfect for fall when cabbage is at its sweetest. 834 0 0 0 0 11. Whisk lemon juice, oil, parsley, mustard, honey, garlic powder, salt and pepper together in a large bowl. I used Napa cabbage, really good with this light dressing. Followed recipe instructions the first time I made it.

Second time I used stone ground mustard, no parsley and measured by eye. Just a dash dressing ingredients added to the shredded cabbage and mixed. Even my picky creamy coleslaw loving husband enjoyed it. I did use a bag of pre-shredded cabbage to save some time. I also used 2 tsp of dried parsley rather than fresh.
