If you’re going to use frozen wings, let them thaw in the fridge overnight before baking, and make sure to pat them dry really well. In a medium sauce pan, whisk together brown sugar, cornstarch, salt, cajun seasoning, and paprika. Whisk in tomato sauce, molasses, worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, and garlic.

Bring to a simmer over medium high heat, stirring occasionally. Heat olive oil in a small saucepan over medium-high heat. Add in garlic and saute 90 seconds. Add in honey, water, vinegar, and soy sauce. Bring to a simmer, then remove from heat. In a small mixing bowl, whisk together melted butter, parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.

In a medium sauce pan, whisk together brown sugar, cornstarch, and ginger. Stir in water, soy sauce, honey, and garlic. Bring to a simmer over medium high heat. Let simmer until thickened, about 2 minutes.
